Passion440 is not suitable for children under the age of five years.

The Passion440 model

Passion440 is a RIC, or receiver-in-canal, hearing aid. This means that the receiver or the loudspeaker of the hearing aid is placed in the ear canal itself, with the rest of the hearing aid placed behind the ear.
 
What this means is that Passion440 can be extremely small and discreet while still giving your child incredibly good sound.
